We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are here for you with extended hours. Our office is open between 0800 to 2100 every day of the week. Out of these hours you can leave messages on 07897774326 and/or whataspp. Messages are returned within 24 hours or next working day.

You can book direct from the website using the booking tab and continue secure checkout as usual. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. For digital downloads/eBooks, you will receive instructions to download once payment is complete.

Some courses are generic and appropriate to all specialities as all speciality need same skills. When a course is specific to a specialty, we will be giving this information at the time of booking. 

Our files are encrypted and due to the file encryption methods we use, some software/device combinations may not be able to open
the files. However, there is a guaranteed method by which you can ensure they do so. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the files from Dropbox to your Desktop (don’t try to view them online via dropbox)

Step 2: Go to your desktop and then open the files using Adobe Acrobat Reader – you can download a free copy from https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader. Don’t open the files from the downloads folder or from the bottom bar of your browser.

Step 3:  If that doesn’t work, try opening the files on another device e.g. laptop, tablet, phone.

If you are still unable to open the files despite following the instructions above, please email support@career4doctors.co.uk and include your Order Number in the Message field. Our team will be happy to assist you.

If there is a change in circumstances, please let us know as soon as you know. Cancellations are possible within 48 hours of booking to up to 4 weeks before the course. You can transfer to other date of a similar course or transfer to other course (subject to availability).

You can reschedule your booked course to a different date at anytime up to 4 weeks before the start date of the course (subject to availability). Please let us know as soon as circumstances change.

We don’t charge you a separate VAT. All courses fee includes VAT. You will get a receipt immediately once you book in. If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder. You can also contact us on support@career4doctors.co.uk

Your data is safe with us. We need your contact details so that we can send you the course material and details of your booking. We send reminders before course date. You may sometimes get information about relevant courses but you can opt out/unsubscribe. You can read more in privacy policy.

You can make secure transactions using PayPal or credit card payments by choosing option of your choice at the time of checkout.

The course is accessible to you for 120 days. You can extend the acess for a nomincal fee by contacting us via email support@career4doctors.co.uk or contact us.

You can watch course material multiple times.

This is the longest online course avaialbale from any course provider.. It has 104 bitesize recorded videos available to watch in your own time at your own pace. The questions asked are real questions asked in real interviews, with real responses given. The whole course is more than 6 hours when done back to back. When you do the exercises in the course it can be upto 8 hours.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation and process that follows. If you are booking multiple hours, you will receive a link to book subsequent hours. You learn from the interactive videos and download supporting material. No one can give you a prepared script. What we give you is the ability and skills to answer the question without rambling and knowing when to stop. you also learn to make a story in your answer to make it a thought-out response and not a run of the mill reply.

The online course is very comprehensive and gives you detailed learning about the consultant interview process. This course is ideal when you want to learn at your own pace. The course is an additional resource to prepare for your ultimate interview on the big day and you can combine this with other support.

The course includes a total of 104 questions asked in real interviews. 5 training modules: Total of 35 fully responded questions with detailed feedback. 6 interactive modules. Total of 42 interactive questions with guidance by senior NHS consultant with experience of AAC. 3 Mock Interviews: 26 questions to practice.

The online consultant interview course includes interview questions followed by a response and response analysis by an experienced NHS consultant. This way you learn if the response was good or bad and learn from it.
