I — The Quiet Truth

A failed interview does not measure your medicine. It measures whether the panel can see it.

II — The Cost

A failed interview doesn't cost you a day. It costs you a year.

The interview is sixty minutes. The consequences last years.

III — The Coach

“I don't teach generic interview tips. I show you exactly what the panel is scoring — because I've been the panel.”

The other side of the table

For twenty years I sat on appointment panels. I watched brilliant doctors — better clinicians than me — leave without the post. Not because their medicine was wrong, but because the room never saw it. They undersold a lifetime of work in sixty minutes, and no one had shown them how the panel actually scores.

I built Career4Doctors so the doctors who deserve the job stop losing it to the ones who merely interview better. I don't teach tricks. I teach you to be seen.

IX — Questions

Before you apply

Why is this more than a £300 course?

Because it isn't a course. It is one-to-one preparation, done with you, by a consultant who has sat on appointment panels — with a guarantee attached to the outcome. A course sells you a seat. This is built to get you the post.

My interview is in two or three weeks — is there time?

Yes. The programme is designed to run intensively in the final weeks. The VIP Intensive can start the same week.

How much of my time will it take?

It depends on your starting point. Most doctors need somewhere between 20 and 40 hours in total, depending on your level of preparation, how ready your CV is, the competitiveness of the roles you're applying to, and how many interviews you have. Some secure roles with less; international applicants or those on non-traditional pathways may need more.

Why only four doctors a month?

Because every mock is conducted personally, every application is reviewed personally, and the guarantee is underwritten by selectivity. Four is the number at which the standard holds.

Is it tailored to my specialty?

Every mock, example and station is built around your specialty, your portfolio and your post.

Online or in person?

Online via Teams, wherever you are — including overseas applicants interviewing for UK posts.

I haven't been shortlisted yet — is it too early?

No. The application and CV review is part of the programme, and earlier is stronger. If the timing is genuinely premature, the application will route you to the free masterclass instead.

What happens after I apply?

A private consultation with Dr Garg, a decision on the call, and your place held for 7 days. You are never locked in: a full refund is available after your first session if the programme isn't right for you, and the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies in any case. If your interview is imminent, you can ask for sessions to begin immediately.
