I booked for one to one interview coaching. The two hour session changed my outlook and gave me better understanding of the interview process. What I liked the most was the fact that one situation can be “successfully” used multiple times by tweaking it and used again. This got me into thinking some real non cliché examples. I also learned to differentiate between the questions and it immensely improved. The two hour session overran but the tutor was very much focused on getting me the best. I also felt much reassured as I coaching time included ongoing support and I was able to return to clarify when I needed. The response was quick and insightful. My knowledge base improved and my technique was much better after the one to one coaching with Dr Garg.

I was a quite worried about my interview and somewhat nervous too. I had looked at the consultant interview questions that added to my worries. I joined small group course and felt much at ease. It was an online course due to the pandemic but I felt we were very much together. I felt very much comfortable in engaging (even when I did not know the answers). Our tutor, Dr Garg was very good in getting us all to speak and provided extremely valuable constructive feedback which helped us gaining much needed confidence in answering questions. Value for money too. I shall recommend this to everyone applying for consultant post.

I booked my mock interview. I was preparing myself by reading books and NHS issues. I am so grateful that I had a mock interview practice. Mr Jackson was my tutor and my mock interview gave my skills on how to answer some questions and how not to look arrogant whilst remaining confident. He was very helpful and gave me useful tips. No wonder I was successful in my first interview (selected out of the four)
